This is a tricky question to answer without knowing more about the company’s functional requirements and the scope of works. In general, we can say that most SAP Business One implementations take 3-6 months from start (signing an agreement to proceed) to go live. This assumes a standard +- 15 users, wholesale/distribution implementation. At Leverage Technologies, we have seen implementations range from 2 months to 12 months and everything in-between.
