Are Retiring a Fixed Asset
One of Leverage Technologies longest serving members is retiring! Garry Bates will finish with Leverage Technologies on the 31st July this year which concludes an outstanding 38-year career in IT. Asides from his role on the support desk, Garry will be missed at social functions, in particular his role as Secret Santa.
So where to next for Garry?
He reassures us his wife has a long list of handyman jobs at home which include finishing off the deck, kitchen wall cupboards and he may even look to buy a caravan (and an SUV to pull it).

As announced in February Rebekah Ellicock has been appointed Support Desk Manager. Rebekah is already well known to most Leverage Technologies’ customers and brings with her a vast amount of business and SAP Business One experience.
As the team at Leverage Technologies is constantly looking to provide improved customer service we recently announced the appointment of Alfax Gathonga to the support team. Alfax has great Business One experience having worked for 4 years as an SAP Business One and iVend consultant in both Kenya and Tanzania and he is super enthusiastic about resolving your issues.
We would also like to take the opportunity to advise that as our support team grows, the best method for requesting SAP Business One support is to send us an email at sapsupport@leveragetech.com.au or call our support line on 1300 045 046. Very soon we will be migrating to a new support system and emails sent directly to individuals may not be as expediently added to the support queue. Where possible try to include as much information as you can i.e. screenshots to expedite the resolution process.
